If You Don't Have A Keep Cup You Could Get A BYO Cup

Is it any wonder that Lucy from The Design Files is so clever given the influence of her equally talented mum who has just released the BYO Coffee Cup? AU$10.95.

For those lovely readers outside Australia BYO is short for Bring Your Own and became part of the vernacular when laws passed in the 1960s allowing restaurants and cafes to allow patrons to bring their own bottle/s of wine and only pay a small corkage charge. Now we use it for BBQs (BYO meat) or sleepovers (BYO pillow & blanket) and the like.

Sorry about the lack of posting this week. My brain has been on the verge of exploding all week.

And it's 8pm and still over 33 degrees right now, so here are some of my dream pools (plus outdoor area which looks very nice).

Typography Hurts

Indeed!

I have a pot of this particular cacti, called peanut cactus, that was part of a collection I began in my early teens. That was nearly 20 years ago. Holy shit!

If you have cactus, have you noticed how many people can not control themselves and always go in for a touch of the spike?
